As you can tell I do not know the name of the simple eye bolt that I have on my Maverick center consul. I use the stainless-steel ring (1/2" to 3/4" diameter) for knot tying heavy mono with my hooks or flies. Can someone help me with this a I need to order another for my big boat!

You can pick up eye bolts from any marine rigging supplier, or industrial supplier (grainger etc) for very cheap. I use a variety of them for lifting large electric motors and similar components, and have purchased many sizes, and different styles depending on application
