Cayo 180 5 degree vs. 10 degree

Getting stationed to Fort Liberty (Bragg) and looking for a new skiff to bring with me on my move to NC, I think I've settled on the Cayo 180 for a number of reasons (price, spray rails, options, etc.) bouncing between the MV (5 degree) and the 10 degree. Most of my fishing will be done between Wanchese and Charleston but my parents have a place in the glades and I make an annual trip to the keys for about two weeks or so. Primarily fly and light tackle spin for all the usual inshore suspects up and down the east coast. 5 degree would be powered with a 70 Yamaha, the 10 degree with a 90SHO. My main concerns are the real difference in draft, speed, comfort of ride on longer runs and real fishability differences fishing the beach for tarpon or reds/snook.

Anyone with experience on either model please chime in!
Did you end up finding a cayo and making the move? I’m in NC and considering one as well.

Been in talks with Cayo as well as a few others. Have a demo with Thompson Boatworks on their 18 this Thursday in Savannah. As of now just waiting on a garage at my new apartment before I settle on a final decision.
Very nice, curious how he does with those as well. Good luck with the search. I would have a hard time choosing if I could go new!
