i am having some serious issues with my 115. My symptoms are my engine will turn over then die right away i have changed out my entire fuel system from the water seperator to the injectors and am still having the same problem. The Engine crank just fine when unloading but after making a long run and shutting off the engine for awhile i start to have this issue. My symtoms started happening right before this years hurricane i went to the gas station while everyone was there fueling not sure if i got a bad batch of fuel.

After running means that something is malfunctioning when hot.

I had this issue on my Tohatsu 50. It was an issue where the fuel in the fuel pump would warm up after sitting there a while and vaporize. the fuel pump would gas up and quit pumping.

I would have to keep pumping the bulb while driving for the first few minutes. It was especially bad on warm days in the winter. (in the winter refiners are allowed to put butanes into the gasoline pool and they vaporize around 80F).

I ended up getting a newer motor where this issue was fixed.
