2000 Yamaha 60 HP 2 stroke. There is a bracket with 2 bolts that connects the motor to the steering linkage, on my motor they are completely rusted and need to be replaced. Worried about something breaking when I’m on a plane...what is this part called and anyone know how hard it is to replace? I imagine I’ll have to cut the bolts off. Thanks for looking
