Budget is $400 max, I know I won't be getting a super high condition reel, but as long as it works, Im happy! Wouldn't take too long before I scratched it up anyways lol.

Yeah I’ve been looking at it. But the condition has me a bit worried. You guys think the drag is still in working order? Never owned a tibor so am new to this. Good deal though.

I was looking at this reel too. I have noticed that the black Tibor Reels seem to look worse in pictures than they do in person. If the drag is fine it was a great deal.
