I am interested in one listed in Tallahassee but I really would love the 135-150 optimax over the 115 4 stroke. Seller told me top speed with 3 people is only 31mph with the 4 stroke yami. The one in SC has me confused. Its a merc motor with a yami powerhead? Plus he is asking a little more then I want to spend for 02 with what I am guessing is a rebuilt motor. Still searching.

My 1720 runs 40mph wide open with people and gear. A friend had one with a 135 optimax and sold it because he said it porpoised too much. Not sure the weight difference but the merc was too big for that boat. The 1820 handles a 150 no problem but it isn't as shallow and is much harder to pole, rides better than most 18' boats though.

Looking to keep price around 10 give or take a few k. I have seen some nice ones go for under 10. Anyone around daytona with the 16' coastline? Wouldn't mind testing it as well. I'll share a few nice spots in the tomoka basin in return.
