Alright guys... Nights are starting to drag here at work and I have t been able to get out in almost two months.

Any of you guys have any cool fly fishing vids on YouTube? Any good channels?

Yeah it’s been pretty bad. I’ve been wanting to get out and flounder gig on my fatigue nights but it’s even been to windy for that.

I work a rotating schedule of 2 weeks of nights and 2 weeks of days. 7 x 12-hour shifts in a 2-week period. If it was just days it would be great but it's not so it's getting old.

Lots of days off during the week when no one else can fish. Lots of weekends worked which means I can't do anything when kid is out of school

My work has been "Work all day! But then we're going to need you to work at night too." Competence is punished. The better you are at your job, the more they'll pile onto you. Only way out is do do mediocre work. I just can't bring myself to do it.
