I just got this after Yak fishing for 10 years. Really enjoying the ability to explore areas I only looked at on maps before. Solo it will go anywhere the Hobie Pro Angler went but is not much more stable if any? Seated up front is best spot and very steady seated or standing there. Later this same day I reached out too far and tipped that seat over and took a dip thankfully in 2 feet of water. Got to tie that thing down.
You're gonna have a blast. I've had my classici for almost 20 years because I just won't get rid of it even though I rarely use it. Glad I didn't because I blew my 60 on the flats boat in November. Even though the Gheenoe sat uncovered in the corner of my yard for six years it cleaned up nicely and ran perfect.
Thats great you had a back up boat. I'm thinking I'll keep this gheenoe even if I can get something bigger a little later. It's going to be great for running up all the rivers in NWFL and the flats around here that only something like it or a kayak can float on.
