As seen in this pic. Every make has a different way of getting controls and wiring into cowling. Where do you find ones for specific motors?

All that you're looking at is split loom wiring conduit. It's a generic item that comes in different sizes - not manufacturer specific at all, and it sells by the foot in a given diameter....

Used properly, with supporting bundling ties it makes for a very neat professional installation when you're wanting to bundle various wires and harnesses together... It also comes in different colors as well (if those Chinese folks keep making it... and actually selling it to us....).

That is called stern flex. The motor adaptor is the tricky part as not all motors will accept it due to control cables and electrical going to opposite sides.

I stand corrected - just had a new motor (the umpteenth repower for my old skiff) and that's what they used, again...

The most important function is protect the cables and wiring from UV sunlight damage and rocks from trailering.
