Just curious if anyone here has upgraded their skiff from a 25hp to 50hp Yamaha. trying to get an idea of what to expect.
Excited for the upgrade and will update this thread when it’s finished in a couple of weeks.

It should have a better holeshot. Higher top speed. More weight on the stern which could help or harm depending on the skiff and weight distribution.
