Went after a grass carp but caught a monster

yep a monster Shell Cracker. I hooked it on a dropper shrimp/bug fly. It fought like a bass. It was so heavy I couldn't lift it on the bank like I do most Bream or Shell Crackers but I was afraid I would break my rod, again. I guess it weighed 2.5 lbs. Definitely the largest bream species I've caught on fly
