No sir, you are still gonna need a skin coat of csm to stop print through. You should also use between layers of cloth. Vinyl doesn’t shrink as much as poly but I wouldn’t chance a cloth on cloth layup with it.
Shrink is dependent on the styrene percentage and polymerization temperature. It is not exclusive to resin chemical composition. DCPD resins have some of the lowest shrink ratios.
