I need a shipper to transport my new heron 18 from salt marsh in Fort Pierce, Florida to Cape Charles, Virginia. Does any have any good info on a good shipper?

This was from another post. "I used a guy name Doug (863-677-0729). He is on this forum here and there and delivers all the Chittum skiffs, as well as some HB to TX. He pulled mine behind a truck and made good time from FL to Houston. He took my trolling motor and push pole off during an overnight hotel stay. No complaints". Haven't personally dealt with him but may be someone to call.

Did you find some help with this? What's your timing requirements? My son lives in Virginia Beach...would give me an excuse to drive up from SFL for a long weekend.
