    I tested one of these in the early 80's in Area 37 (just SE of Area 51). We couldn't arrange the Cardinal Grammeters to syncronize in any fashion. The Capacitive Duractance measured at only 3 plutoids instead of the required 7, and the Lunar Wayneshaft was so far out of spec it had .0063'' of side fumbling. In my opinion this is a pipe dream. We should be spending our time and resources perfecting the Unilateral Phase Detractors with the Inverse Reactive Current. Cardinal Grammeters....... Yea ,right. ::)
