Pro tip-not much packaging is needed. These things aren't fragile!

UPS ground is probably going to be about $15 each way unless you go to a franchised UPS store and buy their overpriced packaging and marked up shipping charges.

$150 is what I normally charge for a custom single or two color wheel. I've been doing custom wheels for microskiff.com members for $125 for a while which is discounted, but pretty much a standing offer on this site. If I ever become overwhelmed with work (unlikely) I'll stop, but I'm happy doing one or two a month as a hobby and some extra cash for the skiff.

You can probably have your builder send me a wheel and have it ready when your skiff delivers. I do that for Ankona occasionally

There are countless options for colors from many, many sources. One I use the most is Paracord Planet. They have a color selector tool here: https://www.paracordplanet.com/cord-color-chart/

You can even order a 10' sample to see it in person if you are really particular about matching something.

The way I do it with Rose and Erin is they just add $150 to your build and they will send me the wheel, a return shipping label and an the balance of the $150 that we have agreed upon after shipping, handling, etc.
