I know this isn't exactly the specialty of this forum but I just moved to SE Alaska. Y'all have always been helpful down on the salt so I was wondering if anybody had any great steelhead patterns I could tie up and give a shot up here. Or any steelhead fishing advice really. Thanks

… talk to the guys at Alaska Fly Fishing Goods they're located in Juneau … SE AK is their backyard, they know it especially well … and BC is just south of you … good luck ...

Tons of stuff on the internet for that fishery. Just get online and you'll get lots of information. Just be prepared for rain, and lots of it. But get out there now. April and May are prime time for spring steel.
