Any SQL/Crystal Reports gurus here? Trying to figure out something simple... I think...

    Quick Overview...

We have a MIS system that imports XML data from another system. In one of the fields we sometimes get html charter returns like [&] without the [] While this has no effect on our SQL Db or the MIS app that reads the SQL Db, when we print a Crystal Report it shows on the report and confuses the user. Is there a way in Crystal to scrub out those misc codes but leave the actual data we need?

    Thanks

I am out. I am missing the gene that helps understand SQL. I have also purposefully avoided Crystal Report training because of what management has done to those people in the past. (report whores :-* )
