It is about time my skiff got a facel lift. Has anyone had any experience working with the Spartina Company in Charleston? If not, are there any others someone would recommend from Charleston down to Jax?

My buddy had his skiff repainted there, and his nonskid started chipping 2 weeks later. I know stuff like that can happen, but I'm guessing it was bad prep. When I had my skiff painted, I took it to High and Dry Boatworks off Spruill Avenue and was very pleased with the final result. But, if you only need fiberglass and gel work, I might check out Andy Arnold. He won't give you a yacht quality finish, but his prices are tough to beat.

Here was my skiff after High and Dry painted it.

Yes, He owns Riptide Boats. # is 843-270-0042. When he's done get Bobby at G-craft right down the road to paint it up. 843-881-5512
