I have a 2004 Release Classic for sale. It's a great boat I just need something bigger due to having 5 youngins.

So anyway:

2004 Release Classic with 50 hp Merc, alum Trailer, BRAND New 12 v Motor Guide Trolling motor with quick release, back rest. It has a nice bait well that can hold 100 white bait, poles like a dream and runs 37 mph WOT. The release tracks straight as an arrow and is very quiet as well. $10,000.00. This a great little micro cause you can use it for tailers to flipping docks.

Dead Rise: 0*
Transom Height: 20”

Re: 2004 15 Release Classic

How is the hull slap...Is it quiet?

The only boats I can compare it to are the ones I have poled ie ranger phantom, action craft kevlar 1720 and my decked out gheenoe, it is quieter than all of them no doubt. Its alls about as easy to pole as my old gheenoe ie you can push it with one hand.

Robby,

I will check on the trim tabs but honestly it doesnt need them. It gets on a plane in less water than my gheenoe did and only porpoises when its over trimmed.

Here are a couple pics more pics of her

Re: 2004 15 Release Classic

nice boat great price
got a question on the back rest does it hinge up to use as a step?

Yes, it's a clever little set up.

I'm amazed it hasn't sold yet, honestly. One of the top Redfish Cup Anglers (2nd place in point last year) went out fishing in it and loved it just a couple weeks ago. I think people think that since it looks like a classic skiff it doesn't do the job but I assure you that couldn't be further than the truth. This thing is a tailer machine and I will take anyone out and show them as well!

15 gallon built in gas tank.  Its a lot drier than my Gheenoe was and can handle twice the chop.   If handle means not be afraid in big boat waikes, it can handle it fine infact believe it or not I have passed 16' hewes in a chop before.   The boat has a very sharp entry that makes if quite forgiving in a chop.  If you are going to ride a lot in slop spray rails would a nice addition if you plan on have a trolling motor up front without the trolling motor youll be fine.

I hope that answers your questions well.
