Hello everyone! I am new to the site, but I thought it would be a great place to document and share my build. I have been in the fishing industry a long time mostly working with kayak fishing specifically. I wanted to find a skiff that would get me into a lot of the same locations I can access with my kayak, but get me there faster and be able to fish with with 2 people. I can't say how happy I am to be working with Ankona/Saltmarsh and how excited I am about my new 1444! I will be bringing some of the great rigging solutions from the kayak world into this build as well.

The Build:

-Black Hull and Light Grey deck (I am adding Marine Mat very soon)
-Newley designed deck with rear hatch for more storage and wider rails for better rod protection under gunnels
-CMC Trim and Tilt
-20HP Tohatsu long shaft (I have ordered a PowerTech SRT3 stainless prop)
-Tiller Console
-VMarine push pole holders
-Carbon Marine tiller extension
-JL Audio 7.7" Cockpit speakers
-Fusion MS-RA70i Head unit
-Nocqua Adventure Gear LED lights and Usb Charging ports (More Light Pics Soon)
-YakPower Power Panel Switch System for all power management (More Pics Coming)
-Dual Power Pole mounts on the poling platform.
-Raymarine Axiom 9" (more pics once I get it installed)
-Marine Mat for all the standing surfaces (More pics one I have it installed)

I should have everything installed by mid next week and I will try to get pics and a walkthrough vid on the build then!
