I was just in a fly shop in VA and they had all the Motives', regularly $500, on sale for $285. The guy in the shop said Sage is discontinuing that model and they will all go on sale nationwide on Black Friday. So if you are in the market for a mid-priced rod, you may want to look at them.

I've cast the Motive a few times and like it. Didn't love it but for less than $300 I'd buy a couple of them.
