Fishing has been good, I have been finding groups of fish in the back of creeks staged up at the mouth of small feeder creeks on the incoming in very shallow water.
Picky on presentation but not bait.
They should be making their moves to deeper creek holes as the temps continue to rise.

I’m a fan of the eye strike jigs and typically what I use. I like that they are local and use a quality hook as well as have useful styles more so than the large eye.
I would say all my soft plastics are z man or gulp.
I had one angler throwing ultra light with 16th oz jigs which was fun to see and something I may try out more myself next winter.
