It’s the wood fiber food companies behind it. Next will be wood fiber fish substitute.
FWC held public meetings all over Florida in order to gauge feedback from the local fisherman. The two I went to had less than a dozen people attend. It goes to the Commission for a final vote in November or January I believe. The actual proposal drops the limit to two fish per person, slot from 15”-19”, with one fish over 19” per vessel (not per person).
