I ordered a tfo mangrove 19' 6" push pole a and need to know if the flex coat 5 minute epoxy i already have from rod building will work or if I need to order some west system epoxy. I plan to clean and sand everything. Any advice on epoxy would be appreciated. Please and thank you.

any figerglass epoxy should work fine, quick setting epoxies arent the best overall choice from what i hear.
-locktite has a fiberglass "marine" epoxy in a blister pack that will work also for $5.00 @ home improvement store.
--clean everything with acetone before assembly.
    good luck.. :)

No to the flex coat, has not worked well in high temp - high stress applications for me. Follow 'tides advice, you won't go wrong.
