just wanted to see if anyone that has custom aluminum rims on their trailers are haveing any issues with galvanation or clear coats peeling. How long have they been on your trailer etc.

You can't win. Aluminum rims and steel components on the trailer
are going to cause galvanic corrosion. Salt water just speeds it up.
The clear coat slows down the process a bit, but doesn't stop the problem.
After only one year, A float-on that I had started showing the symptoms you describe.

Happens to all aluminum rims. You can slow it down with lots of soap and cleaning but it will come. Guaranteed. :)
