The floor is made from 1/2” honeycomb from FGCI with a layer of 1.5 oz mat on both sides followed by a layer of 10oz woven. All fillet/putty work was done with FGCI boatyard resin thickened with fumed silica. The front and rear decks were made with 3/4” honeycomb (I weigh 210 and fish with some guys who weigh more so I wanted something stout) and glasses with a layer of 1.5oz mat and 10oz cloth on each side. I cut some 2” strips of 3/4” glassed honeycomb the length of both decks and tacked them in place using thickened resin. The decks were mounted on the strips and then bonded to the hull. The final floor finish will be white topside paint with pumice mixed in for grip. I completely forgot about rod tubes and holders so I’ll be retrofitting those soon
