I can't speak for the Mitzi, but the 17T is a good skiff for the money as long as you don't ask it to do things it wasn't meant for. Stringers have a habit of breaking loose on early models, but at this point they've either all been repaired or they're not gonna break. Hull slaps a little, but it poles ok and runs stupid skinny.

Depends on where and how you'll be using it.

Mitzi has some deadrise so will handle better on plane, ride softer, keep you dryer, and run faster with equivalent power.

Pathfinder has a huge tunnel and otherwise an almost flat bottom. It will float a little shallower and run a lot shallower. But it's slower/less efficient, rougher/wetter riding, and slides around in turns.

If you don't legitimately need to run and float in less than a foot of water day in and day out, the Mitzi is probably the better all-around choice.

I really enjoy my 17T, but it's kind of a specialized boat.
