1999 Pathfinder 17T. Removed the carpet inside the rod holder areas below gunnel and was wondering if anyone had removed the glue that looks to have been applied with a caulking gun. The glue is tan in color. Thought about using heat gun but did not want to mess up gelcoat or fiberglass. :-?

Thats what I was thinking too Liguid Nails. My friend softened it with chemicals scraped with knife and will buff off residual. Thanks Brett we will try heat next time :)
