SOLD/EXPIRED Panga 18' bare hull

  2. By the time you add stringers, bulkheads, decks, floor, gel Coat, Electrical etc.....plus all the hours of labor you may spend more money then buying a finished 18' Hull for $9,900.

    There was an 18' Panga Marine with Mercury 60hp (22hrs), trailer, electrical, Carbon Fiber front deck with matching casting platform on craigslist last month for $13K.

    Having a new 18' Panga Hull, Motor, Decks, electrical, trailer etc........will be in the low to mid 20's.

    See, told you I'm clueless on boat building ha. I did see that one with the 60 tiller floating around, guess he sold it.

    It's not a hull pulled from the mold, it's the plug used to make the mold. Which means it doesn't have the same layup, and could be significantly heavier. Doesn't mean it's a bad project, but personally I wouldn't pay more than $1000 for it.
