Ashcraft, Osborn, Palmer-Critchfield, & Boggy Creek. If you are talking about the 14ft skiff, all these are basically the same, so check out any of the above. All were taken off the Ashcraft hull from the stuff I've read. I think Boggy Creek still is making them up around Fernandina Beach, FL. Great looking little boat.  Good luck on your treasure hunt.

I stopped by boggy creek and looked at their 14 it is a all composite boat if that helps your decision. (a little pricey though)

Thats a sharp looking skiff, i dont quite understand whats goin on with the aft part of the front deck. Would be rele nice with a rear deck. Although on of my good friends had a 14 or 15 foor (whichever) ashcraft and said it rode like complete crap, but then again his other boat was an 18 egret so its kinda hard to compare lol

yeah im not to sure bout the forward stepdown either. might have been for an old guy though and its exactly that a "step down". you could get a cushiion or something made to go on there to i reckon. there custom built so he prolly just did what the owner wnated
