New Fishing Buddy
Picked up my new fishing buddy a few weeks ago. She's been great so far--very smart. I've been putting her in the skiff on the trailer in the garage, just letting her get used to it. Will probably try her on the water in another week or so. Her name is "Maggie May".

My pointer thinks it's her job to spot redfish, birds and especially jumping mullet. She's on the hunt for the entire trip. Good way to get the dog out if not chasing birds. Congrats on adding the buddy. Go barbless or become extremely paranoid about all the things they will eat........Fish hooks, rods, all not compatible with dogs:-(

Our pup got seasick the first time we took her on the skiff! lol. Get used to cleaning up partially digested kibble... Beautiful dog, DB.
