Just thought I’d share some photos of my skinny skiff made by slayer skiffs. I’ve had it for about a year and a half and has been a great boat for me on the Texas flats. It’s 15 x5 and w a 15hp it pushes it 22mph w two people. The only upgrades I wanna do is add a micro power pole and gps.

That's a nice boat. Kinda like a Panga on steroids. Looks light and skinny. Do you pole it or TM

Very niceSkiff , where are you on the Texas coast? north or south , sounds like Rockport We out of Houston and have Ankona Shadowcast 16, we upgraded by installing a Lowrance Hook 2 with a splitshot, the GPS - depth sounder is a must up here in the off color water. The GPS is a game changer!!!

I’m in SA but fish mostly Rockport/PortA area. I really just use my stake out to push me around a little or just put motor in shallow water mode a put slowly to where I need to get. I want micro power pole just to not get as dirty from pulling up anchor in mud. Lol. GPS to learn and save my running lanes. Here is a pic of how shallow it can drift in w motor up
