You actually turned out a working boat :)

as opposed to all the "Gum Flappers" ...

What does she weigh ?

Horsepower and speed ???

Sorry it’s been a while been busy made another boat for a 52’ custom power cat for their tender. Skiff weighs under 200lbs we use a 15hp merc 4 stroke but it could handle much more power. Is a very shallow draft skiff no tunnel strikes or other bs. Has 7 inches of rocker like a surfboard and is very fun to drive she does about 28 mph with one person yet is a perfect two person inshore hull. Can go anywhere a kayak can

Spear fishing about 20 miles from walkers cay. Fed fourteen people hogfish and grouper every night for a week if anyone is interested in having one of these built contact me by text at 772-233-3147

Post some more pics of the skiff you used as a plug! Nice Tarpon!
My son and I made the plug from scratch, built a female one off mold with plywood and shower board. We faired and painted male part that came out, fished it for 6 months then used it as a plug to make a real female mold with tooling gelcoat and a flange.
