everyone probably is aware of this except me, but will post anyway. Just bought a new trailer with fancier than normal rims. The walls on the typical lug wrench are to thick and will not fit around the lug nuts..takes a 13/16” thin wall socket to remove them...

Yep, had to buy a cheap 6 point deep well socket, grind it down and fit it with a 1/2 inch breaker bar. I had a 4 point lug wrench but it took up too much room.

You can buy a thin wall deep 1/2” socket that will fix just fine. Been carrying one for several years. Be careful grinding a socket as you weaken it and might break. Best just buy the right socket to start.
