I actually support the protection of Oysters, I think they should start with boycotting the water usage of ATL, and by keeping their hippie dippie asses out of Apalach the Oyster murder capital of FL.

I promise to take good care of them while the hippies are away...
Yep, it's a shame FL lawmakers are so dumb. ATL is going to drain that river and the whole bay is going to suffer.

I did not read to the part where the PETA whack jobs are coming after fishing, but this can’t surprise anyone.

Veganism is a twisted cult. At best it takes a great deal of effort to eat healthy, if you are plant based, by comparison, it’s ridiculously easy to maintain a healthy diet using animal proteins.

Hat tip to you DuckNut for posting, rational people need to know that a few crazies will not rest until they have stripped you of every last one of your freedoms, all in the name of utopia or some nonsense shit.

They will infiltrate silently until it is too late. The exact same way they got nearly the entire west side of Tampa Bay a manatee zone.

PETA has been attacking fishing and fishing rights for many many years - this is just the current edition...

Keep a close eye on PETA and related outfits - consider it a form of pest control.... Never take them lightly - for those that forget, the Save the Manatee club had the feds and everyone else believing that the manatee was on its last legs here in Florida (they claimed everywhere else as well...). We still live with all the restrictions the state and federal regulators put in place when they fell for the con.... It's a near miracle that anyone was finally able to show the real manatee population numbers and get them de-listed... and of course all the rules put in place to "save the manatee" are still with us...

On the positive side, if they kill fishing we can all just become “virtual fisherman” ( yes, I said fishermen). Then we can all catch 50” Snook on every cast on our virtual Hells Bay skiffs...all while NOT getting sunburnt.
