I need to get pricing for new seats in my flats skiff. I can get them from the mfr but want to see if having an upholstery shop make them might save me some money. Does anyone know of reasonable upholstery shops in or around the Sarasota area?

Call Hewes, they have a deal for owners at a shop near them and the prices are great.

There is one in Bradenton on 41 and one in Palmetto. Google them (marine upholstery). Both are good.

Backwater, do you happen to have a name for either place? These upholstery shops must not be hurting for business. I've had conversations and sent photos to two, only to have them ignore me. Maybe my job is too small for them to bother.
