I have frozen lots of it, it does well. Vac bag it if you can, it will keep much longer!

Just ate some cobia vacuum-bagged from last fall. Tasted delicious, even with the tears because it was the last package.

Pat the filets dry, lightly sprinkle a little salt on it and then vacuum bag.

Yup, and even used some for ceviche a few months later.
