Was curious what areas different folks considered good flood tide fishing up the East Coast above Jacksonville. Can you find Flood tides on Spartina grass all the way up to Virginia? Are there any books on the subject? Flying up and down that coast, it looks like there are a lot tidal areas, wondering how far up the Spartina grass salt marsh system goes up the east coast?

Farthest flood tide spartina flat Ive found towards the north was around Harkers Island/ Beauford NC. This is because the Pamlico sounds tide is almost entirely dependent on the wind and while there is spartina it is an extremely low amount of tidal movement and inconsistent. there are places to sight fish for reds all the way up to kurituck, but not much flooded spartina.
