New to the skiff world, Currently fly fishing streams/wading and rivers/ in my aluminum bass tracker I do all types of fishing but primarily on the fly. Moving to Charleston in August for work so going to start fishing flats, backwater/marsh. Obviously gonna have to buy a new fly rod set up so looking for suggestions on that as well as what to look for in a skiff?
Welcome aboard FFG. Read through the fly fishing section and the micro skiffs for sale classifieds and that will give you a good base start. There are some fishy areas in Chucktown and north. Good luck with the move and transition.
