    2007 Custom Gheenoe Lowtide 15

This boat was one of the first Lowtide 15’s built, and one of the very few that is coast guard rated for a 25hp engine.  This is a very capable, well-rigged, and well-maintained skiff that can pole in the skinny with the best of them, but also has the range and handling capability for more open water fishing.  This boat has fished from the marshes of South Georgia to Flamingo and all points in between.  I have taken it to the Shark River and points north out of Flamingo on many occasions. The features:

The shallow water performance of the boat is outstanding with the combination of the jack plate, the four-blade prop, and the stabilizer plate (which funnels water to the prop when the motor is at high running altitudes).  It will run extremely skinny if the need presents itself.  I have seen 29 mph light and typically in the 25 mph range with a very full fishing load and two big guys.  You could definitely get more with a 3-blade prop if that was your interest.  The boat likes to run with the jack-plate up high and will maintain a plane with good speed at the highest position when a rock bar jumps out in front of you unexpectedly.  Typical fuel economy with a full fishing load is around 9 mpg, giving you a good 100 mile range.

This boat is turn-key, ready to fish.  The boat is located on north Merritt Island.  Please call or text Dustin at 904-708-0689 or email at flashes15@yahoo.com.
