I just got a Yamaha f60 2008. When flushing it, is hooking the hose up to the hose tube and letting it flush with the motor off for 15 minutes enough? Or should I go buy some muffs and use those to be able to start it? Also, can I use turtle wax on it, or should I go buy a marine wax? What is the least water pressure I can run it at without damaging it by jacking the jackplate up?

You can run it on the hose attachment l, and 15 minutes is plenty. Any wax is better than no wax! As far as water pressure well that depends on the hull etc but I like to stay above 7 psi
