The Keep Seminole Beautiful founder, Mike Barr passed away on February 7, 2012. In the years since Mike founded KSB, the organization pulled tons of debris from Seminole County waterways, yanked hundreds of non-native plants from the paths of local parks, and forged several coalitions to fight collectively for Central Florida's natural places. Mike has been recognized as one Seminole County's most dedicated volunteer citizens given his many years of service and effectiveness of his efforts.
