Chili recipe's anyone?

    Now thats its cold out I want to make some chili. Does anyone have a good chili or white chili recipe they would like to share. Iam ready to get to work [smiley=StirPotChef.gif]

    1.5lbs ground beef or ground/small chunked venison browned and drained
    (2) 18oz can tomato sauce
    (1) 18oz can of stewed tomatoes. Cut in to chunks
    (2) teaspoons of tomato paste
    (3) 16oz cans of red kidney beans drained
    1 very large onion or 2 medium
    1 green pepper
    Chili powder I start with 1 good teaspoon used when browning meat. Then add to taste when all ingredients combined.
    Tumeric 1/2 teaspoon used when browning meat.
    salt to taste when all ingredients combined
    Either Cayenne pepper or crushed red pepper flakes add to taste when all ingredients combined.
    Garlic either powder when browning meat or fresh added to all combined ingredients.

    I like to saute my green peppers and onions then use the same pan to brown meat. I like more onion the GP but hey adjust to your taste. I like a lot of beans, if you are not so hot on them reduce by a can.

    All of this goes into large stock pot and will need to simmer for at least an hour. Simmer, do not boil stir regularly. It will suck if you burn beans or tomato on bottom of pot.

    I made this just last night and having for lunch today.
