I have an early '80's evinrude 25 and the skeg is about 1" higher than the bottom of the prop, making it very vulnerable. Does anyone make a replacement skeg for these small motors. Thanks,Brian

You can weld, bolt or glue a repair.
All sorts of add-ons and replacement parts.

Doesn't need to be but it is far easier to take it to the repair place than to lug around an extra 100 lbs.
