Can some of you that have a Bob’s post photos of your remote tank and pump locations and tips/recommendations if you have any? Any of you with an HPX Tunnel or HPX-T and this JP would be even better. Mine will be here Wednesday and I want to have a game plan ready so I can knock it out with no issues or trips to pick up parts.

Hey bud, I don’t have any pics... but if goin on a transom with a splash well try to use some bulkhead fittings and short hoses from the fittings to the ram. Makes for a very clean looking install.

Just double checked, Bob’s has everything needed for a complete install like I suggested!

No splash well, I’ll just run the hoses through the rigging tube, I have room. I don’t like drilling holes in my boat if I can avoid it.

That’s most likely where I’m installing it. I have my fuel filter/ water separator mounted in the transom inside there so I’ll probably mount it next to it.

Ok, so no pump. Well that leaves you plenty of room for the JP stuff.

I used 3M body side moulding adhesive tape to mount control next to throttle. I could not deal with it wire tied to throttle. Pic tonight.

The remote for my Tohatsu has slots for two butterfly thumb switches. One is obviously tilt/trim and i set the other up for the jackplate. Fastest and most comfortable set-up I've found.

Of course, I use morse style controls more often than factory “again, because I like them” and the styles I prefer don’t have a place for a switch.
