How did it go with the title transfer?

So...it hasn't. I called my local tax collector office the really nice (and hot sounding ) girl sent me an email to get it all done. I have to have a notary public do a VIN verification, fill out all the paperwork, and send it in via mail with the original title. They then send me a bill for tax and transfer fee via mail. I then send them a check. They then send me a new title and tag transfer...via mail. Good thing I have a temp tag until June.
