I have a couple small holes on the side of my aluminum Jon boat. What types or brands of sealant do y’all recommend to seal those with?

Pin hole, bullet hole? Recently seen 2 riveted aluminum boats fixed with 5200 “type” and both are peeling off. And smearing it over area was probably not the best approach. Maybe a two part epoxy

West system has a kit as well as their G-Flex

I used JB Weld stick epoxy, the holes were above the waterline, 1/4" screw/bolt holes. It worked well, filled sanded filled sanded.

You can buy an epoxy stick with aluminum powder in it. Surface prep is everything.
