Have you seen any knots tied with hemostats? A blood knot and fisherman's knot both can be done using hemostats and circling them to create the twists, then to pull the tag end to complete the knot.

Perfection loop for the fly is also very easy to tie once practiced a few times.

I was thinking the same thing, I have used hemostats to tie Clinch knots for years when trout fishing.

Get some magnifying glasses at the dollar store, I use the 2.75x or 3.25x magnifications. Or, a Flip Focal in 2.25x that clips to the bill of your hat, I use those when trout fishing in the middle of a river so I don’t have to fumble with glasses.
