Best Small Skiff for a Jet drive ?

Instead of "best hull" (an aluminum skiff, heavy built...) I'd be thinking "best places" since you run a jet drive in places that have rock bottoms, are super shallow, and not in any places with mud or sand that might get picked up in that jet's intake..... That might be why you rarely see any down in my areas.

I assume on this forum you’re considering a jet in order to run and jump up super skinny. The flatter the hull, the more you’ll maximize that benefit. But with that, you put up with some serious side effects such as one Smack mentioned - sliding. You also have a rougher ride, poor slow speed maneuvering, like around docks/ramps, higher gas consumption, slower speed, etc. Jets can be really cool if they fit your circumstances really well (need for super shallow performance, short runs, little or no open water). Just my experience...
