    8 lbs of London broil thin sliced ( top round ) marinated over night.

    Prepping the dehydrating smoker / cold smoker this morning for the day to two day process.

    1 gallon zip lock bag of jerky. Less sugars, sodium and no MSG.

    Nice setup Casa!! I'm an avid homebrewer so I too am a complete beer snob - however, Heineken in the can is good stuff!

    Thanks. The plan is to start selling the jerkey as a hobby. It puts jack links to shame plus it has half the sodium and no MSG or tenderizer.

    Heineken in the can is my second favorite beer. I'm no beer snob but I do appreciate the micro brews and IPA's. I actually drink Budweiser out of the can most of the time. I love dogfish head, Sam Adams and Sierra Nevada.
